Every year FSWO holds a Training Symposium in a different city. Not only do we offer many different in-class sessions and HOT practical training sessions, there are many opportunities to meet and connect with others from all over Canada and the United States. We welcome members of the fire service from all divisions some of which include suppression, fire prevention, communications, training, and fire program students.
This year's sympoium will be held in Hamilton, Ontario November 7-9, 2024.

It's that time of year again when we, at FSWO, team up some of the best presenters out there and connect them with you!
As a result of the Covid-19 pandemic we adjusted our annual training symposium to a virtual format. We offered several different sessions from mental health topics to forcible entry techniques.
The 2019 Training Symposium was held in Ottawa October 18-20, 2019. It was a spectacular event to celebrate FSWO's 10-year anniversary.
