It is the policy of Fire Service Women Ontario not to represent or speak on behalf of any person, member, court case of issue, specifically. It is our goal to address issues that impact women in the Fire Service in general terms through position statements that represent consensus views of the Board and our membership on issues of broad significance. 


Fundamentally, we believe that all Fire Service personnel have the right to work in a respectful environment that is free from any form of harassment and to work where those behaviours are not tolerated as part of their job, whether paid or volunteer.
